Kaydı kabul edilen katılımcılarımız 100€ ön ödeme yaparak kayıtlarını kesinleştirecekler, 100€ depozito ödemesini yapıp kabul edilen katılımcılarımız kalan ödemelerini otele geldiklerinde festival kayıt masasına yapacaklardır.
Participants whose registration is accepted will finalize their registration by making a €100 down payment, and participants who have made a €100 deposit will make the remaining payments at the festival registration desk when they arrive at the hotel, before check-in.
Otel herşey dahil konseptinde olduğu için, otelin kuralları gereğince KONAKLAMASIZ FESTİVAL KATILIMI MÜMKÜN DEĞİLDİR. Dışarıdan günübirlik katılımcı alamıyoruz maalesef.
Since the hotel is an all-inclusive concept, we can not offer daily festival participations because of hotel rules.

We cannot accept one-night or two-nights bookings. Our three-night and single rooms are limited.
1 Eylül’den önceki iptallerde kesintisiz geri ödeme yapılır.
Cancellations made before September 1 will be refunded without any deductions.
1 Eylül – 1 Ekim arası iptallerde depozitonuzdan %50 kesinti yapılarak geri ödeme yapılır. 1 Ekim’den sonraki iptallerde geri ödeme yapılmaz. Geri ödemeler, festival bitiminden sonraki bir ay içinde yapılacaktır.
For cancellations between September 1st and October 1st, a 50% refund will be made from your deposit. No refunds will be made after October 1st. Refunds will be made within one month after the festival ends.
Tatilini uzun yapmak isteyenler 29 Ekim öncesi girip toplam 6 güne kadar tatillerini uzatabilirler. (Bu durumu kayıt formundaki mesaj bölümünde belirtiniz lütfen.) Otelin doluluk durumu nedeniyle 2 Kasım’dan sonra festival kapsamında konaklama öneremiyoruz.
Those who want to have a longer holiday can enter before October 29 up to total 6 nights pack. (Please indicate this in the message section of the registration form.) Check outs should be done on 2nd November. Because of the hotels program, we can not offer staying longer after 2nd November.
